    You may unsubscribe from any of our online e-mail updates and marketing by following the unsubscribe instructions in the body of any e-mail message we have sent to you.  We will take commercially reasonable steps to implement your unsubscribe requests promptly, but you may still receive promotional information form us by mail for up to 60 days, and up to 10 days for e-mail.  You may also continue to receive information from those third parties to whom we have previously disclosed your Personal Data.

    Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk.  Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

    1. CONDITIONS OF USE AND CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

    If you choose to visit our Website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Terms of Use, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffe, Israel, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts, provided that SP may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
